Data and documents can be released from a workflow into your SharePoint online instance using the Square 9 iPaaS node and Microsoft Graph API.

  • You must be licensed for iPaaS to complete this integration.

  • iPaaS can be downloaded from the Square 9 Solutons Delivery Network.

  • You should always ensure you have the most recent version of the iPaaS node.

The steps for releasing documents to SharePoint are:

  1. Create an App Registration in the Entra ID Admin Center. From the App, obtain:

    1. Tenant ID

    2. Client ID

    3. Client Secret

  2. Using the Graph API, obtain:

    1. Site ID

    2. Document ID

    3. Column Names (if releasing data)

  3. Configure the iPaaS node to release documents to SharePoint.

  4. Configure a 2nd iPaaS node to release data to SharePoint (if releasing data).
