Grid Columns

The Grid columns panel displays the list of process fields currently shown in the search results. From here, users can add additional fields, hide or pin fields, resize columns, and remove sorting.

Grid Columns Toolbar

Update Grid Columns ( ) - Add additional Process Properties, GlobalCapture Fields, and GlobalSearch Fields to your search results. Any fields added only persist for this user.

If the GlobalCapture Admin has designated a field as hidden, the field will appear in the Field catalog but cannot be added to the grid.

Restore Grid Columns ( ) - Resets the search results changes. All hidden columns are shown, all pinned columns are unpinned, columns are returned to their original order, and any additional process fields added are removed.

Grid Columns Process Field Options

Pin/Unpin - Toggles between Pin Left ( ), Pin Right ( ), and Unpin ( ) of the process fields in the search results.

Show/Hide - Toggles between Show ( ) and Hide ( ) of the process field in the search results.

Grid Columns Bulk Options

Show All Columns ( ) - Unhides all columns in the Search Results Pane.

Hide All Columns ( ) - Hides all columns in the Search Results Pane.

Unpin All Columns ( ) - Unpins all pined columns in the Search Results Pane.

Fit to Column Width ( ) - Adjust the width of all process field columns in the Search Results Pane to fit the longest data in the column.

Remove All Sorts ( ) - Removes any ascending or descending sorts applied to the Search Results Pane.
