By default, GlobalForms 10 will log out inactive users after 4 hours (240 minutes) of inactivity. This can be configured on a server by server basis.
To configure the idle timeout for GlobalForms, edit: X:\GlobalForms\config\default.json in a text editor, such as Notepad++.
Alter the "JWT" section and change the "expireTime" value to your desired value. Note, the value is specified in minutes.
Once altered, save the file and restart the GlobalForms 10 Service.
